I use astrological tools based on your natal chart to identify life key points, offering as well a tarot card with symbolical message personalised to you. Cancellation Policy

Refund policy: I do not offer refunds on mentorship or coaching services. I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that requires a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package. When refunds are an option, you can have "one foot in" the work and "one foot out" the door. It is to your benefit to decide, before purchasing your package and committing to work with me, that I am the right coach for you. If you are IN, you must be 100% committed, just as I will be for you. Confidentiality: The information exchanged, whether written or oral, shall be bound by the principles of confidentiality. The coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the client without the client’s written consent. Confidential information shall consist of private communication between the parties, given by the client to the coach in trust and confidence. However, if the information refers to information given by a third party, general information known to the public, or information independently developed by the coach without reference to the client's other information, such information shall be referred to as confidential information. Should in any case the coach be summoned by any competent authority to disclose information that is confidential, the coach shall notify the client prior to the summoning in order for the client to seek other remedies available in accordance with the law. In case the coach believes that the information acquired involves illegal activity or information that may be of risk to the client, the coach shall be obligated to report such activity to proper authorities. Cancellation and rescheduling: It is the client's responsibility to notify the coach 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting. The coach reserves the right to bill the client for a missed meeting. Sessions not cancelled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups. It is important that you prioritise this work to receive the full benefit of your mentorship program. Record Retention: The Client acknowledges that the Coach may retain the note records in her possession, including documents and other data referring to the Client, for ten (10) years after the termination of this Agreement. Termination: Either the client or the coach may terminate this agreement at any time with 1 week's notice, communicating via written communication, either email or text.
